Colorful Seasons two ways...
One of the most versatile sets in the new catalog is the Colorful Season stamp set and Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies. This bundle is designed to cover all four seasons with multiple dies and images. It also coordinates with the Color Theory Memories and More Card Pack and the Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack - yowza! My theme for today is summer, so I'm showcasing the images and dies that go with the season.
This first card is going out to one of my downline with an upcoming birthday. I just did a quick color wash of Lemon Lime Twist ink on Watercolor Paper, let it dry, then stamped the words and added the die cut Adirondack chair. I added a few rhinestone gems because you can always use a little bling!
The next card uses the beach chair image in the stamp set. I sponged some light layers to create a beachy background, then added some coordinating card stock behind the front image for a punch of color.
The colors used are Berry Burst, Pool Party and Daffodil Delight on Whisper White card stock. Sponged colors are Sahara Sand, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Soft Sky and the darker images use Early Espresso and Berry Burst.
