First Ever Stamping Retreat...

You're invited to the first ever

2017 Fall / Winter Crew Stamping Retreat

Friday, September 29th, starting at 6:00pm through Sunday, October 1st at noon

The Lodge at 6 Mile Lake

Deposit of $50 (non-refundable) due by August 24th to hold your place and full amount due by September 11th

Option 1 : $185 for the full weekend with a bed (limited availability*) / air mattress (BYO). Beds are assigned on a first come, first serve basis with your $50 deposit.

Option 2: $185 for the full weekend and you sleep at home (for those who want to just come for the daytime)

Option 3: $125 for Saturday only / you may purchase the Christmas card kit for an additional $25 (stamps not included)

Full Weekend Retreat (options 1 & 2)

2 nights lodging (6 beds available* @ 1 per bed and room for some air mattresses). Beds assigned first come first serve basis with deposit of $50.

Friday night stamping - 20 Christmas cards (from new Christmas kit)

Saturday stamping - 15 fall and winter holiday projects including cards and a few 3Ds . Work at your own pace.

Sunday - Tag Free for All. Make as many tags as you want using provided stamps, inks, scraps, punches, etc.

Meals: Dinner and dessert Friday / breakfast, lunch, dinner & ice cream social on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday / snacks, drinks throughout the weekend

Room for your own projects if you want to bring something to work on.

Demonstrations and games

* One room has 2 twins, so if you're coming with a friend, you can request that room

Option of purchasing the Christmas Card kit from Friday night for $25 (stamps not included) I need to know by the 11th if you want to purchase the kit.

Notes:

The Lodge at 6 Mile Lake is located in Bono, AR. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located downstairs. The event room, bathrooms and kitchen are located upstairs. Unfortunately, it is not handicap accessible. You only need to tackle the stairs once in the morning and once at night. You can click here to view their facebook page. Bed linens and towels provided. If you bring an air mattress, you'll need linens and towels.

All supplies will be provided. If you want to bring some of your own tools, you are welcome to do so. I will have space if you want to bring extra items to work on. I will also have additional project kits available for purchase at the event if you finish early and want to work on something else.

There will be iced tea, water, snacks, coffee available throughout the weekend. If you must have sodas, feel free to bring them! Let me know if you have food allergies or restrictions! If you want to bring some snacks as well, feel free - I never turn down extra food - lol!

We will also have an organized card swap and a stamp swap for those attending!

Stamp swap - Bring up to 5 stamp sets that you'd like to trade out, then check out what everyone brings. You only agree to swap stamps if you think it is fair. If you don’t like the trade (or offer), you can feel free to politely say “No Thank You” or offer something else (or in addition) to the offer and see if the other person takes you up on that counter offer. You might want to bring some extra embellishments to sweeten the deal. Swapping is entirely up to the individual and I will not be moderating any swapping.

Card Swap - We will have a special occasions themed card swap. Numbers will be emailed after the deadline. I will send out a sign up with occasions so we have just one per assigned per occasion. Or you can let me know when you register what occasion card you'd like to have. Examples are baby, wedding, sympathy, graduation, shower, get well, etc.
