Happy Celebrations Video Tutorial, part 2...

Welcome back to another "How'd They Do That?" video tutorial. Today's project from the 2017-2018 Stampin'Up! Annual Catalog is the Happy Celebrations birthday card on page 34. This is a fun, bright card for a festive birthday occasion. This showcases the coordinating Celebrations Due embossing folders perfectly. It also includes my favorite new In Color - Lemon Lime Twist, and you can't forget the bling that the glimmer paper adds - LOVE IT!
