Who doesn't want free stuff? I know, right? These are perfect for Halloween projects or black & white cards, or even for eyes and buttons on snowmen. Love these rhinestones! If you place an online order, I will order these separately and mail or deliver them to you. Now, on to today's project.

It's fun to use some of the images in a stamp set to create a cool and funky background. This card was made with the Balloon Celebration stamp set and the Balloon Bouquet punch. The colors are Crushed Curry, Whisper White and Basic Black with a Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Balloon.
