A Duo Of Lilypad Lakes...

The Lilypad Lake stamp set and Lakeside Framelits Dies are one of the awesome new bundles in the Annual Catalog. I group up in Lakeland, Florida, so this set resonated with me. It reminds me of home where we would see egrets and great herons around town, just standing in the many lakes or taking sailing lessons during the summer breaks. The only thing missing is an alligator image. Maybe I can cut one out of the Animal Expedition DSP stack - lol! Ahhh, that growing sense of unease as you sit in a sinking boat in the middle of an alligator infested lake - remembering the good times...

Anyway, back to the present! The first card is one I designed and we made in our workshops in June. We used the bundle along with a piece of the Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper (it's in our Buy 3, Get 1 FREE sale this month).

This next gorgeous card is from Team Crew member Sharon Milburn. Sharon loves to go over the top and she loves her glitter! This detailed stair step card uses most of the images and dies from the bundle. I love the effect of the water in the different shades, along with the glitter to show the reflections of the sun.
