I have an adorable test tube holder today using the Cutest Halloween stamp set. So easy to make!

Supplies: Cutest Halloween stamp set #156480, Memento ink,, Basic White and Highland Heather card stock, Black & White Gingham Ribbon #156485, Layering Circle Dies #151770, Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper #156479.

Measurements:

Highland Heather: 4-3/4" x 9-7/8", scrap for scallop circle

Basic White: 2-7/8" x 2-7/8", scrap for circle

DSP: 2-3/4" x 2-3/4"

On the long side, score the Highland Heather card stock at 3" and 3-7/8".

On the short side, score at 7/8" and 3-7/8"
