Otter Spinner Card with Simply Marbelous DSP

This is a very quick interactive card to make using the Awesome Otters stamp set from the 2022 Sale-a-bration brochure. I've also used some of the new Simply Marbelous DSP from Sale-a-bration.

Supplies: Awesome Otters #158087 (SAB), Simply Marbelous DSP #158128 (SAB), Night of Navy and Basic White card stock, Memento and VersaMark ink, Crumb Cake, Misty Moonlight and Basic Black Blends, Basics Embossing Powder #155554, All Dressed Up Dies #151665, Layering Circle dies or 3/4" circle punch.

Measurements:

Night of Navy: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"

Basic White: 2 pieces of 5-1/4" x 4", scrap for otter and 2 circles

DSP: 3-7/8" x 5-1/8", left over piece to layer on card front
